Interpreting the SIS Section 1A-1B and HRST

This document will assist users in understanding the scoring of the HRST and Section 1A (Exceptional Medical Support Needs) and 1B (Exceptional Behavioral Support Needs) of the SIS-A. Since both tools take a different approach to the person, it is important to understand how to interpret the scoring of each tool independently and in relation to one another.
